Please find below a few pictures. They are not binding as decoration or some minor equipment may change a little (however not much) until the renters move in, as the owner had nort yet moved out when pictures were made. However this apartment is rented furnished.
For example the little piece of furniture on the left of the bed in the bedroom, will not stay in the apartment. Also the large carpet below the dining table has been removed, the old separate dryer in the kitchen may go also.
But otherwise and mostly, the apartment would be furnished as shown on the pictures presented here
LOCATION
The apartment is located close to Paris, in the eastern suburb, at the limit between Vincennes and Montreuil. It is roughly inside the triangle made of the following metro stations :
- Berault (line 1)
- Robespierre and Croix de Chavaux (line 9)
It is just a few minutes away from one of those metro stations,
and even closer to RER A station Vincennes
APARTMENT
A 68 sqm 1 or 2 BR furnished apartment, offering :
- a spacious living room with cupboards, 2 sofas (of which a sofa-bed), a television set, a dining table and chairs, and other living room furniture
- a bedroom with a double bed and a cupboard
- a den that can be used also as a second bedroom
- a bathroom with a bathtub (with shower nozzle) and a washbasin
- a kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a washing machine, a stove, etc...
- optionally a parking space might be available, even though separate candidates are already interested in renting it. It is a covered parking space bur it is not closed or locked, even though the access to the garage is locked.
Tableware and kitchenware are provided, however only minimum quantities of linen or towels are supplied.
It is recommended that long term renters bring their own linen and towels
AVAILABILITY
Available immediately (approximately August 20th, 2008) for up to 3 years, preferably for a minimum period of 9 or 10 months.
Exceptionally shorter stays would be possible sometimes between 2 long term rentals, depending on rental agenda.
RATE
The long term monthly rent is 1,200 euros including utilities.
Additional costs include :
- electricity/gas
- telecommunications (you may get your own Internet network if you wish)
- renter's insurance premium (average : approximately between 12 and 15 euros per month)
- taxe d'habitation and TV tax (once a year)
- broker's fee (one month of rent excl. VAT)
The parking space is proposed as an option at 80 euros per month.
Refundable safety and key deposit as usual in France.
A spacious apartment with possibly 2 bedrooms beside a spacious living room, close to Paris at only 1,200 euros per month (rent and utilities), will not stray long on the market ....
